I am the Electronic and Educational Resources Librarian at a small private liberal arts school in Nashville, TN. That long title basically means that I’m in charge of all of our database subscriptions while also being the subject specialist for/liaison to the School of Education. In plain English, I’m the person who finds, subscribes to, and troubleshoots our databases while also purchasing K-12 textbooks, children’s and young adult books and other teacher resources for our students to use.
I’m available to conduct teacher or librarian inservices for K-12 schools on ways to find and use technology in the classroom, or to speak at conferences on instructional technology and library issues. For more information, and to see some of my past presentations, check out my Professional Activities page. If you’re interested, please contact me.
In addition to my day job, I like to knit, sew, bake, garden, and a wide variety of other things. I stay busy 🙂
